摘要
目的:评价《工会法》在基层社区卫生服务中心贯彻实施的情况,为保护职工的合法权益提供指导依据。方法:2017年6月在浦东新区机场社区卫生服务中心整群抽取131名职工作为研究对象,对职工干预前后关于《工会法》相关知识的知晓率进行分析,采用单因素和多因素条件Logistic回归模型找出影响工会维权障碍的相关因素。结果:健康教育后,131名职工《工会法》相关知识得到了提升(P<0.05);采用单因素和多因素条件Logistic回归模型进行多因素综合分析,最终筛选出影响工会维权障碍的2个相关因素:如果您有生活困难是否愿意找工会帮助(OR=1.211,P=0.027)、您认为本单位是否做到了赏罚分明有度(OR=1.112,P=0.035)。结论:针对影响工会维权的两个相关因素,今后要加强职工对于《工会法》的宣教,为保障职工的合法权益提供依据。
Objective: To evaluate the the implementation of the "Trade Union Act" in grass-roots community health service center, in order to provide guidance for protecting the lawful rights and interests of staff. Methods: June 2017, all of 131 staff in Shanghai Pudong new area airport community health service center were selected to analyze their awareness rate of "Trade Union Act" related knowledge before and after intervention, and found out the factors which were affecting the trade union rights protection with single-and multi-factor conditional Logistic regression model. Results: After education, the related knowledge of "Trade Union Act" of 131 staff had improved(P〈0.05); two factors which were affecting the trade union rights protection were ultimately selected by single-and multi-factor conditional Logistic regression model: "will you go to the trade union for help if you’re suffering from living difficulties"(OR=1.211, P=0.027), "do you think that this unit keeps strictly the rules for reward and punishment"(OR=1.112, P=0.035). Conclusion: To the two factors which were affecting the trade union rights protection, we should enhance the education of "Trade Union Act" in future to provide basis for protecting the lawful rights and interests of staff.
