摘要
旧工业遗存的更新活化是当前城市存量开发的热点,随着厦门城市用地功能置换的推进,沙坡尾作为厦门目前仅存的最后一处渔港,转向以创意旅游为发展方向的文创街区。本文以沙坡尾创意街区为例,重点分析其在城市职能转变过程中,以政府为导向,以追逐经济效益为目的,对原生疍民及原真性城市记忆进行＂清洗式＂转换更新,从渔港避风坞转变为以文化创意产业为主导的旅游社区的更新模式。从经济效益、更新模式及价值体系出发,剖析在城市社区更新中各关联主体在这场空间话语权争夺中的角力,探讨城市核心地段复合型街区更新存在的问题,探索此类融合街区文化,以工业遗存更新为触媒,以创意产业为外延手段,以产业转型与经济效益为目的的复合型街区更新的新途径。
With the development of urban land function replacement in Amoy, The renewal and activation of old industrial relics to be a hot spot in the current urban inventory development.Shapowei,as the last remaining fishing port in xiamen, gradually withdrew from the historical stage, step in the cultural and creative industry district during the dredging by the government in 2015.This paper focus on analyzing the update mode of Shapowei block which led by the government dominated by economic benefits, using ＂cleaning＂ update transformation to eliminate the protogenetic Dans culture and original city memory in the process of city function change,and turn fishing port shelter dock to culture creative industry community. The paper embarks from the economic benefits、the renewal model and value system,analyzing the space discourse power struggle by each related subject during the urban community updates, probe in the update problems in complex block which located in the heart of the city mingled industrial culture with protogenetic Dans culture, to Explore such ways that using industry heritage updated as a catalyst, fusing block culture, with the creative industry as an extension method and industrial transformation and economic benefit as its purpose, all of them act together to stimulate compound type community renewal.
