摘要
经合组织通过开展大规模国际化评估等方式树立起全球教育治理权威地位,其教育政策深刻影响着世界各国和地区教育的发展。通过对PISA和AHELO的案例分析,发现经合组织全球教育治理政策受新自由主义影响,服务于各国和地区教育发展战略,目的是为了培养适应社会的人才。经合组织全球教育治理政策通过有效利用行政资源、充分积聚知识力量以及合理吸取过去经验这三种路径得以保障。经合组织全球教育治理政策的价值取向和保障路径能为我国参与全球教育治理提供一定的帮助。
The OECD has established itself as authority in global educational governance by launching massive international assessments and other approaches, existing a profound impact on global education and national level as well. We did the research of PISA and AHELO and found the OECD educational policies are influenced by the Neo-liberalism, rooting for nations' educational strategies, with the aim for cultivating talents who are resilient to the society. There are three safeguard mechanisms: deploying bureaucratic resources, assembling of educational govemance, and building on past success. The analysis of its value orientation and safeguard mechanism can be instructive to China's participation in global educational govemance.
