摘要
目的:系统评价耳穴贴压治疗糖尿病伴失眠的疗效。方法:计算机检索Pub Med、Cochrane Library、Embase、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、中国知网(CNKI)、维普期刊资源整合服务平台(VIP)和万方数据知识服务平台(WanFang Data)等8个中英文数据库中耳穴贴压治疗糖尿病伴失眠的随机对照试验,文献检索时限为各数据库建库至2017年10月。按照纳入和排除标准筛选文献、提取资料,对符合质量标准的随机对照研究进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入10篇随机对照试验(randomized controlled trial,RCT),合计809例受试者,Meta分析结果显示耳穴贴压治疗糖尿病伴失眠的PSQI[SMD=1.41,95%CI(0.76,2.07),P<0.0001],总有效率为[RR=1.26,95%CI(1.18,1.35)],治愈率为[RR=1.73,95%CI(1.34,2.24)]。结论:耳穴贴压治疗糖尿病伴失眠有一定的疗效,可提高患者的睡眠质量。但由于试验方法学质量不高,故研究结果需谨慎对待,还需大样本、高质量的文献进一步证实其临床疗效。
Objective： To evaluate systemically the efficacy of auricular point plaster therapy on insonmia in patients with diabetes. Methods： Chinese and English databases such as the PubMed, Cochrane Library, Embase, CBM, CNKI, VIP and WanFang Data were searched to collect randomized controlled trials （RCTs） on auricular point plaster therapy on insonmia in patients with diabetes published before October 2017. Ac- cording to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, the data were screened and the quality of the included papers were assessed. Meta - analysis was conducted on randomized controlled studies that met the quality criteria. Results：A total of 10 RCTs involving 809 patients were included. The re- sults of Meta analysis showed that PSQI was E SMD - 1.41,95 % CI（0.76,2.07, P 〈 0. 00011, the total effective rate of auricular point plaster therapy on insonmia in patients with diabetes was [RR - 1.26, 95 % CI （ 1.18, 1.35 ） ], and the cure rate was [ RR - 1.73, 95% CI （ 1.34, 2. 24 ） ]. Conclusion ：The auricular point plaster therapy has a certain effect on insonmia in patients with diabetes and improves the quality of sleep. However, the quality of the methodologies is not high. Therefore, the result needs to be treated with caution. A large sample and high quality liter- ature are needed to be studied to further verify the clinical effect.
