摘要
目的 探讨中药穴位贴敷联用情志护理对失眠患者的护理方法.方法 选取该院2015年7月—2016年7月收治的2型糖尿病失眠症患者92例,随机分为观察组和对照组各46例.对照组给予口服右佐匹克隆治疗,观察组给予穴位贴敷联合情志护理治疗,疗程2周,比较两组患者睡眠改善情况及对血糖影响.结果 两组患者治疗前PSQI评分无明显差异,治疗后观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学差异(P<0.05).观察组睡眠改善总有效率为97.8%,明显高于对照组89.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组患者对护理满意度为97.8%,明显高于对照组的87.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 穴位贴敷联合情志护理是治疗2型糖尿病失眠症的有效方法,可明显改善患者的睡眠状况,临床应用中需要注意遵循中医辨证施治的原则才能够取得良好的护理效果.
Objective To explore the nursing methods of insomnia patients by acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with emotional nursing.Methods From July 2015 to July 2016,92 patients with diabetes mellitus type 2 insomnia were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,46 cases in each group.The control group was given the treatment of oral dexzopiclone,the observation group was given acupoint application combined with emotional nursing treatment,the course of treatment was 2 weeks,and the sleep improvement and the effect on blood glucose of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in PSQI score between the two groups before treatment.After treatment,the PSQI of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of sleep improvement in the observation group was 97.8%,which was significantly higher than 89.1%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the patients in the observation group was 97.8%,which was significantly higher than 87.0%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application combined with emotional nursing is an effective method for the treatment of diabetes mellitus type2 insomnia,which can significantly improve the sleep status of patients.In clinical application,it is necessary to follow the principle of syndrome differentiation and treatment of TCM to achieve good nursing effect.
