摘要
现代学徒制是校企双元教学、学生学徒双重身份、双师共同指导、学习与工作深度融合的新型人才培养模式。这种人才培养模式可以加强学校的人才培养质量,提高企业的人才甄选水平,提升学生的职业技术能力。目前我国现代学徒制尚处探索阶段,试点校企存在大量实际应用问题,通过对这些问题进行分析探讨,提出具有针对性的对策和建议。
The modern apprenticeship is a new talent cultivation mode with dual functions of school and enterprise,student and apprentice,teachers and industrial masters,and deep integration of learning and work.This kind of talent cultivation mode can strengthen the quality of talents cultivation in schools,improve the level of talent selection and enhance the students’ professional technical ability.At present,the modern apprenticeship system in China is still in the exploration stage,and there are a lot of practical application problems in the pilot schools and enterprises.The article analyzes and discusses these problems and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
