School-enterprise Cooperation in Vocational Education: Explanation of Generative Mechanism and Construction of Operation Mechanism——Review and Inspiration of Inter-organization Relationship Theories

摘要 组织间关系,特别是组织间合作关系,是组织理论研究关注的重要方面之一。组织间关系理论主要包括资源基础观、知识基础观、社会逻辑观和组织学习理论四个研究视角,以及交易成本理论、资源依赖理论、社会交换理论、利益相关者理论、战略选择理论和新制度主义学派所强调的制度趋同变迁等六大理论。从组织间关系的视角看,职业教育校企合作是组织间合作关系的一种特殊形式,其在具体实施中一是要厘清生成机制和本质机理,二是要建构合理的运行机制。 Inter-organization relationships,particular the inter-organizational cooperation relationship is an important as pect of organization theory research,which include four research perspectives of resources basis view,knowledge basis view,social logicality view and organization learning theory view,as well as six theories of transaction cost theory,resourc es dependency theory,stakeholder theory,strategic selection theory and systematic evolution theory.The school-enterprise cooperation of vocational education is a special form of inter-organization relationship,and it should clarify the essential elements of generative mechanism and explore the logical process of operational mechanism in implementation.
