摘要
通过总结基层疾控机构继续医学教育工作现状和管理经验,对开展继续医学教育进行了探讨,提出基层疾控机构继教管理体系和制度建设,以需求为导向的多样化培训和信息化建设等有益于继续医学教育的可持续发展。
To investigate the development of continuing medical education in grassroots disease control and prevention institutions by summarizing current situation and management experience. Management system construction,demand-oriented training and information system construction were beneficial to the sustainable development of continuing medical education.
