摘要
目的了解某大型教学医院的继续医学教育现状,为医院继续医学教育的良性发展提供建议。方法问卷调查、资料调取和管理者访谈。结果新技术、新知识、新方法、新理论和网络学习为医务人员重要继续医学教育意向内容和学习方式,外出学术交流的人次数也在逐年增加。结论网络学习、继续医学教育内容、管理人员培训、科室继续医学教育质量控制等方面要加强。
Objective To investigate the status of continuing medical education（CME） in a large teaching hospital, to provide suggestions of developing CME for the large comprehensive hospitals. Methods We delivered 86 copies of questionnaire survey to medical staff, set some meetings and interviews. Results The academic activity about new technology, new knowledge, new method, new theory and network learning are enjoyed. The medical staff attended conferences in other cities are getting more. Conclusion The network learning, continuing medical education, administrative staff training, CME quality control in departments should be improved.
