摘要
在大数据时代,数据成为重要的资源和资产,数据素养成为个人生存与发展的重要能力。数据素养主要是指个体具备数据理念,在不违背伦理道德规范基础上理性地获取、分析、处理、利用和批判数据的能力与道德修养。在建设和推进数字强国的进程中一定要高度重视数据素养的培育:树立数据思维,拓宽思维领域;强化数据意识,保障数据安全;丰富知识含量,辨明数据是非;增强自身能力,适应数据时代;坚定道德自律,合理利用数据;预防数据崇拜,避免盲目愚昧。
In the big data era, data has become an important resource and asset, and data literacy, an importantability of individual survival and development. Data literacy mainly refers to the ability and moral accomplishmentof individuals to acquire, analyze, process, utilize and critique data rationally on the basis of not violating ethicalnorms. In the process of building China into a digital power, we must attach great importance to the cultivation ofdata literacy： to broaden out thinking about data, to strengthen data awareness and ensure data security and to en-rich our knowledge to distinguish the right data from the wrong. Meanwhile, we must enhance our ability to adapt tothe big data era, strengthen moral self-discipline, and prevent blind data worshipping in order to use data rational-ly.
