摘要
目的:研究石韦的化学成分。方法:应用硅胶柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱技术对石韦化学成分进行分离纯化,利用NMR、MS和IR等波谱分析方法进行结构鉴定。结果:从石韦石油醚萃取部位分离得到4个化合物,鉴定为:何帕-22(29)-烯(hop-22(29)-ene)(1),β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol)(2),胡萝卜苷(daucosterol)(3),山奈酚(kaempferol)(4)。化合物1首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Pyrrosia lingua. Method: The petroleum ether extract of this plant were treated by repeated column chromatography with silica gel, Sephadex LH-20. Their structures were identified by NMR, MS and IR. Resuts: Four compounds were isolated and identified as followings: hop-22(29)-ene(1), β-sitosterol(2), daucosterol(3), kaempferol(4). And compound 1 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
