摘要
针对目前快递行业以人工为主、效率较低的问题,本文基于物联网技术,设计了智能自助存取机系统。系统以STM32F103单片机为微控制器,读取IC卡信息以及快递扫码枪信息,通过步进电机控制传送带运送不同快递件,并通过GSM模块发送信息。系统分为上位机和下位机2个部分,通过上位机来实现人机交互,通过下位机来对快件进行空间的智能化自动分配。经过测试,系统具有更智能化和更便捷的特点,具有一定的应用价值。
In order to solve the problem of manual operation and lowefficiency in the express industry,this paper designs an intelligent self-access system based on Internet of Things technology. The system takes STM32 F103 microcontroller as the micro controller,reads IC card information and express code scanning gun information,controls the conveyor belt of different express items by stepping motor,and sends information through GSMmodule. The system is divided into two parts: the upper computer and the lower computer. Through the upper computer,human and machine interaction can be realized. Through the lower computer,automatic distribution of space for the express items can be realized. After testing,the system is more intelligent and convenient,and has certain application value.
