摘要
基于LabVIEW虚拟仪器技术开发平台,构建了黏土渗透性能测试系统.该系统由压力传感器、单片机、串口通信和计算机组成,采用LabVIEW编程实现数据实时采集与分析、历史数据的储存与查询等系统功能.将压力数据转换为液位数据,通过计算得到黏土的渗透系数.实验表明,该系统稳定可靠,可为工程建设提供有效数据参考.
Based on the platform of LabVIEW virtual instrument technology,the clay permeability testing system was constructed. It was composed of pressure sensors, microcontroller, serial communication, and computers. By LabVIEW technology, it achieved the functions of Real-time data collection and analysis, historical data storage and query. It changes pressure data into Level data, and achieves permeability coefficient of clay by the formula. Results show that the system is reliable and can provide effective data for project construction.
