摘要
频发的撤稿事件反映了期刊学术论文评审依然存在不足之处。结合Scholar One Manuscript投审稿平台的使用,总结编辑可从检验稿件信息的真实性、辨别和选择合适的审稿人、引导审稿人进行有效同行评议及认真提交审稿意见等4方面加强同行评议"守门员"的作用,防范学术不端行为的发生。
Frequent incidences of withdrawal of submissions reflect that there are deficiencies in paper review of academic journals.Taking the use of Scholar One Manuscript,an online submission/review system,for example,the authors summarize and analyze four ways to strengthen peer review effectiveness,such as checking authenticity of manuscripts,distinguishing and choosing appropriate reviewers, guiding reviewers to an effective evaluation, and committing reviewers ＇ comments conscientiously, for preventing academic misconduct.
