摘要
文中对石墨烯纺织应用领域的专利申请趋势、国际专利分类号总体分布、专利区域分布、专利申请人、典型专利申请进行了统计和分析,通过专利中蕴含的大量有价值的信息,指出,我国石墨烯纺织应用领域仍以大学和科研机构为主,虽有一定的产业转化,但还明显不足;中国在石墨烯纺织应用领域已掌握一些核心专利;为我国石墨烯应用领域的专利申请和实施制定有效战略提供参考依据。
The statistics and analysis of patent application tendency, general distribution or international patent classification, regional distribution, applicants, typical patents in the field of graphene＇s application in textiles were made. A lot of valuable information can provide a useful reference for patent application and strategy of graphene applications in textiles,university and scientific research institution as the main body have certain industrial transformation, but they are also obviously insufficient; some core patents have been mastered in China.
