摘要
以涤纶织物为基材,单侧涂覆含石墨烯的疏水浆料,制备出全疏水兼具热湿管理功能的织物,并通过调节石墨烯用量优化织物的保暖性和单向导湿性能。结果表明,随着石墨烯用量的增加,织物外侧(非涂层侧)的温度逐渐降低,与常规涤纶织物相比,P-G-24织物外侧的温度下降了2.1℃。由于涂层织物双侧的疏水性和孔径梯度的差异使得其具有优异的单向导湿性能,单向导湿指数达到680.3%、液态水分管理能力综合值为0.8。此外,从涂层侧到非涂层侧(正向)的透湿量高于反向,而透气性与常规涤纶织物相比略有下降。
An all-hydrophobic fabric is prepared by a single-side coating method with graphene-containing hydrophobic paste on polyester for simultaneous thermal and moisture management. The heat retention and directional water transport properties of the fabric are optimized by adjusting the graphene concentration. The results show that the temperature of the outer side(uncoated side) of the fabric gradually decreases with the increase of graphene concentration, and the temperature of the outer side of the fabric(P-G-24) decreases by2.1 ℃ compared with that of traditional polyester fabric. Due to the difference of hydrophobicity and pore size gradient on the two sides of the coated fabric, it has excellent directional water transport performance, with an accumulative one-way transport capability of 680.3% and an overall moisture-management capability of 0.8. In addition, the moisture permeability from the coated side to the uncoated side(positive direction) is higher than that from the negative direction, while the air permeability of the coated fabric decreases slightly compared with that of traditional polyester fabric.
