摘要
探讨石墨烯改性锦纶长丝的功能性。以石墨烯为耐日晒老化功能材料,与水溶性聚氨酯共混得到功能性涂层助剂,再通过连续溶液浸渍涂层技术将其涂覆于锦纶长丝表面,制备出改性锦纶长丝,测试了改性锦纶长丝的表面形态、红外光谱和导电性。测试结果表明,功能助剂涂覆于锦纶长丝表面,在实验室紫外灯模拟辐照下,石墨烯改性锦纶长丝的强力损失率低于50%,而常规锦纶长丝的强力损失率高于85%;改性锦纶长丝电导率在1×10^(-4)S/m以上。认为石墨烯改善了锦纶耐日晒老化性能,且石墨烯改性锦纶具有良好的导电性能。
The functionality of graphene modified polyamide filament was discussed. Graphene was used as functional material with insolation aging resistance. The functional coating auxiliary was obtained through blending graphene with soluble polyurethane. Then it was coated on the surface of polyamide fiber by the coating tech nology of continuous solution impregnation, modified polyamide filament was produced. The surface morphology, infrared spectrum and electrical conductivity of modified polyamide filament were tested. The test results show that the strength loss ratio of graphene modified polyamide filament using functional auxiliary coated on the sur face is lower than 50% when it is irradiated by ultraviolet lamp in lab. However, the strength loss ratio of normal polyamide filament is higher than 85%. The electrical conductivity of modified polyamide filament is above 1×10^-4S/m. It is considered that the insolation aging resistance of polyamide is improved by graphene. Moreo ver, electrical conductivity of graphene modified polyamide filament is better.
