摘要
介绍生物质石墨烯内暖黏胶纤维的制备工艺,详细介绍所用设备、生物质石墨烯分散浆料的制备、纺丝工艺以及技术关键点。测试并分析生物质石墨烯内暖黏胶纤维的性能,并与市场上功能性产品对比,所得黏胶纤维吸湿性好、易于染色、不易起静电,具有较好的可纺性能,同时具有超强的抑菌性、低温远红外功能和导湿速干性。
In this paper, the preparation technology of biomass graphene inner-thernml viscose fiber was intro- duced. With viscose fiber as the carrier, the biomass graphene inner-thermal viscose fiber was prepared through adding the biomass graphene into viscose spinning solution and grinding, mixing, filtration, deaeration and spinning process. The equipment, the preparation of biomass graphite dispersed slurry, spinning and key technical points were introduced in detail. The performance of biomass graphene inner-thermal viscose fiber was measured and analyzed, and compared with the functional products in the market. The results show that the viscose fiber has good bygro- scopicity, easy dyeing, not easy to be electrostatic and good spinnability, which has excellent antibacterial, low tem- perature far infrared function and de-wetting and quick-drying performance.
