社区体育锻炼计划对高血压患者血压及血栓前状态分子的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨社区体育锻炼计划对降低高血压患者血压及减轻血栓前状态分子水平的效果。方法选择2010年1月—6月期间到焦作市第二人民医院门诊体检的高血压患者共88例为干预对象,对其实施社区体育锻炼计划;另选取同期未参加体育锻炼计划高血压患者50例为对照组。计划实施6个月后,测量两组患者的血压体重及相关指标。结果干预后,干预组的血压、体重及D-二聚体、纤维蛋白原、血管性血友病因子和N末端B型利钠肽原水平显著低于干预前,且明显低于同期对照组(P<0.05);干预前后对照组的血压及血栓前状态分子标志物水平无明显改变(P>0.05)。结论实施社区体育锻炼计划能有效控制高血压患者的血压水平和预防中风及心脏病,值得推广应用。 Objective To explore the effect of community physical training program on lowering blood pressure and reducing pre-thrombotic state of hypertension patients. Methods A total of 88 patients with hypertension in the outpatient department of the Second People’s Hospital of Jiaozuo during the period of January to June 2010 were selected as the subjects of the intervention group, to implement a community physical exercise program, in addition, 50 cases of hypertension patients who did not participate in physical exercise program at the same period were selected as the control group. After 6 months, blood pressure and related indexes were measured in both groups. Results After the intervention, the blood pressure, weight, and the level of D-two polymer, fibrinogen, von willebrand factor, and N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide of the intervention group were significantly lower than those before the intervention and of the control group in the same period(P〈0.05), and there were no significant changes in blood pressure and level of molecular markers on prethrombotic state in the control group before and after intervention(P〉0.05). Conclusion The implementation of community physical exercise program can effectively controll the blood pressure level and prevent stroke and heart disease in hypertensive patients, which is worth popularizing and applying.
