摘要
采用高温磺化法制备复合型稀土改性固体酸SO4^(2-)/C-TiO2-La2O3,以酸值为18.97 mg(KOH)/g地沟油与甲醇的酯化反应作为探针反应,考察La2O3含量、磺化温度、磺化时间对固体酸催化剂SO4^(2-)/C-TiO2-La2O3酸位中心的影响。结果表明,制备催化剂SO4^(2-)/C-TiO2-La2O3的最佳条件:La2O3的含量为3%、磺化温度为200℃、磺化时间为10 h,在此条件下催化地沟油与甲醇发生酯化反应的酯化率最高可达到91.42%。利用扫描电镜、红外光谱、X射线衍射、比表面积、热重分析、能谱分析等手段对固体酸催化剂进行表征,结果表明,同时加入La2O3和TiO2,可增加催化剂的酸位中心的数量、提高催化剂的稳定性、增强催化剂的催化性能。
Compound rare earth solid acid catalyst SO4^(2-)/C-TiO2-La2O3 was prepared by using high temperature sulfonating method.The catalytic performance of SO4^(2-)/C-TiO2-La2O3 was evaluated by esterification reaction of waste oil with acid value of18. 97 mg( KOH)/g and methanol. The effect of content of La2O3,sulfonation temperature and sulfonation time on acidic center of SO4^(2-)/C-TiO2-La2O3 was investigated. The results showed that the best conditions for preparation of SO4^(2-)/C-TiO2-La2O3 are La2O3 percentage 3%,sulfonation temperature 200 ℃ and sulfonation time 10 h,and the esterification rate reached the highest value of 91. 42%. The catalyst was characterized by SEM,FTIR,XRD,BET,DTG and EDS and the results showed that the number of acid sites was increased,the stability of the catalyst was improved,and the catalytic performance was enhanced when La2O3 and TiO2 were added to the activated carbon simutaneously.
