摘要
在SO42-/ZrO2固体超强酸的基础上添加Ni元素和Nb2O5,制成新型固体超强酸Ni2-+SO42-/ZrO2-Nb2O5。通过FT IR、XRD、TG-DTA、BET等技术对其结构进行了表征。结果显示:Ni元素和Nb元素的加入均起到了促进和稳定作用。并且运用Hammett指示剂法测得其酸强度可以达到-14.52,在催化乙酸丁酯的反应中可使乙酸的转化率达到98.86%。
Adding Ni^2+ and Nb2O5 to SO4^2-/ZrO2, the new solid superaeid Ni^2+ -SO4^2-/ZrO2-Nb2O5 was prepared. The characterization of Ni^2+ -SO4^2-/ZrO2-Nb2O5 as performed using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT IR), X-my diffraction(XRD) ,thermal analysis(TG-DTA) and BET. The results showed that adding Ni^2+ and Nb2O5 enhanced the acid strength and stability of solid superaeid. The acid strangth of solid superaeid reached - 14.52 by the means of indicator method. For the esterification of acetic acid the conversion rate of acetic acid reached 98.86 %.
