摘要
金属氧化物的酸碱稳定性限制了其在固体酸催化剂中的应用,有机多孔材料良好的化学稳定性和易修饰性能使得其在催化领域取得了广泛的研究进展,同时表现出了作为酸催化剂载体的优良潜质。本文以联吡啶为合成单元构建超交联微孔有机聚合物材料,并通过直接酸化法制备具有吡啶结构的固体酸催化剂,采用XRD、FT-IR、N_(2)吸脱附等表征方法对样品的形貌和表面结构进行了分析。结果表明:催化剂的比表面积能够达到632 m^(2)·g^(-1),酸负载量为1.91 mmol·g^(-1)。该催化剂在乙醇酯化反应和室温下的氨基保护反应中均表现出优越的活性,20 min内催化氨基保护反应产率达到98%,多次使用后产率仍能保持95%以上,酯化反应性能与商业催化剂Amberlyst-15相当,为制备商业用固体酸催化剂提供了新的思路。
The application of metal oxide in solid acid catalysts is confined by its acid and base stability.However,the good chemical stability and easy modification of organic porous materials have contributed to its extensive research progress in the field of catalysis,showing its excellent potential as carriers of acid catalysts.In this paper,bipyridine is employed as the synthesis unit to construct a supercrosslinked microporous organic polymer material,and a solid acid catalyst with pyridine structure is prepared by direct acidification method.The morphology and surface structure of the sample are analyzed by XRD,FT-IR and N_(2) adsorption-desorption method.The results show that specific surface area of the catalyst is up to 632 m ^(2)·g^(-1),and the acid load is 1.91 mmol·g^(-1).The catalyst has shown superior activity in ethanol esterification reaction and amino protection reaction at room temperature,and the yield of amino protection reaction has reached 98%within 20 min and remained above 95%after repeated use.The esterification reaction performance is similar to that of commercial Amberlyst-15,providing a new idea for preparing commercial solid acid catalyst.
