血液样本在不同处理条件下促肾上腺皮质激素测定的稳定性分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨血浆中促肾上腺皮质激素(adrenocorticotropic hormone,ACTH)检测结果与血浆处理方式(离心血浆分离、离心血浆不分离和全血组)、保存温度(4℃和22℃)及存放时间(0,2,4,12,24h)的关系,探讨分析前ACTH样本的有效处理方式。方法按照血浆处理方式将待检标本分为离心血浆分离组、离心血浆不分离组和全血组,分别在4℃和22℃下保存,Roche601全自动电化学发光仪检测24h内0,2,4,12,24h时血浆ACTH的浓度水平。结果离心分离血浆和离心后不分离血浆处理方式在4℃,22℃时2h变化率<5.0%,4h变化率>5.0%;12h变化率约为10%。全血在4℃和22℃2h时变化率>10%。结论离心分离血浆和离心后不分离血浆在4℃和22℃时ACTH可稳定12h,全血在4℃和22℃时ACTH稳定性不超过2h。
