摘要
目的探讨不同采血方法、样本保存方式和时间对血生化检验结果的影响。方法选取进行血液生化检查的60例健康体检者,分为观察组和对照组,各30例。观察组采取普通静脉负压采血,对照组采取针管采血,利用生化仪检测、保存不同温度及时间的血液生化指标水平,检测指标包括肝功能[总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(Alb)、直接胆红素(DBL)、总胆红素(TBL)、谷草转氨酶/谷丙转氨酶(AST/ALT)];血脂水平[总胆固醇(TCH)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)];血糖(GLU);肾功能指标[尿素/肌酐(Urea/Cr)];电解质[血钠(Na)、钾(K)、氯(Cl)],对结果进行比较分析。结果与对照组比较,采血后1 h观察组TP[(75.36±1.66)vs(71.36±1.69)]g·L-1、GLU[(5.56±0.47)vs(5.06±0.43)]mmol·L-1、Na[(145.55±1.96)vs(140.53±1.62)]mmol·L-1、K[(4.83±0.84)vs(4.21±0.53)]mmol·L-1、Cl[(107.25±1.42)vs(105.66±1.33)]mmol·L-1等指标水平均下降;DBL[(4.95±0.12)vs(4.12±0.13)]μmol·L-1、TBL[(13.05±0.70)vs(12.18±0.67)]μmol·L-1水平均升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);25℃下样本超过3 h和4℃超过6 h,TP、TBL测定结果较1 h的检测结果发生明显变化;25℃下样本超过6 h和4℃超过24 h,GLU、AST/ALT、Urea/Cr的测定结果较1 h的检测结果发生明显变化,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论不同采血方法、样本保存方式和时间对生化检验结果有较大影响,在给患者采血、血样保存以及实验室操作时须正确及时地处理样本,保证样本检测结果的准确性。
Objective To explore the effect of different blood collection methods,sample storage methods and times on blood biochemical test results.Methods A total of 60 healthy controls who had undergone blood biochemical examination were randomly divided into the observation group(30 cases)and the control group(30 cases).The observation group took ordinary venous negative pressure blood collection;the control group took needle blood collection and use the biochemical instrument to detect and store the blood biochemical test index level at different temperatures and times,the blood biochemical test index included liver function[total protein(TP),albumin(Alb),Direct bilirubin(DBL),total bilirubin(TBL),aspartate aminotransferase/aspartate aminotransferase(AST/ALT) blood lipids[total cholesterol(TCH),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),blood glucose(GLU),renal function[urea/Creatinine(Urea/Cr)];electrolyte[Sodium(Na),Potassium(K),Chlorine(Cl)]and the results were compared and analyzed.Results After blood collection for 1 h,compared with the control group,the levels of TP[(75.36±1.66)vs(71.36±1.69)]g·L-1,GLU[(5.56±0.47)vs(5.06±0.43)]mmol·L-1,Na[(145.55±1.96)vs(140.53±1.62)]mmol·L-1,K[(4.83±0.84)vs(4.21±0.53)]mmol·L-1,Cl[(107.25±1.42)vs(105.66±1.33)]mmol·L-1 and other indicators in the observation group decreased significantly(P<0.05);the levels of DBL[(4.95±0.12)vs(4.12±0.13)]μmol·L-1,TBL[(13.05±0.70)vs(12.18±0.67)]μmol·L-1 increased significantly(P<0.05).The measurement results of TP and TBL at 25℃for more than 3 h and 4℃for more than 6 h changed significantly,compared with the detection results of 1 h.At 25℃for over 6 h and 4℃for over 24 h,the measurement results of GLU,AST/ALT and Urea/Cr significantly changed,compared with the detection results of 1 h(P<0.05).Conclusion Different blood collection methods,sample storage methods and times have great influence on biochemical test results.The samples must be processed correctly and timely in blood collection,blood sample p
