摘要
目的探讨血清癌胚抗原（CEA）、鳞状上皮细胞癌抗原（SCC）、去整合素-金属蛋白酶8（ADAMS）及细胞角蛋白（CYFRA21）联合检测在非小细胞肺癌诊断中的临床应用价值。方法选取非小细胞肺癌患者120例作为研究对象，将所有患者随机分成两组，每组60例，两组入选患者采用MOD—EL550酶标仪和电化学发光仪测定CEA水平实施酶联免疫吸附试验，对照组在波长为450nm、410nm和600nm处对血清CEA、SCC、ADAMS及CYFRA21水平进行检测并计算；研究组在对照组的基础上联合检测非小细胞肺癌的准确度与灵敏度并进行计算。结果研究组血清中的CEA、SCC、ADAM8及CYFRA21水平显著高于对照组（P〈0．05）；研究组血清中CEA、SCC、ADAM8及CYFRA21等细胞因子的准确度与灵敏度显著高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论血清中CEA、SCC、ADAM8及CYFRA21等细胞因子联合检测非小细胞肺癌，能显著提高检测的准确性与灵敏度，效果良好，值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of combined detection of serum serum eareinoembryonie antigen （CEA）, squamous cell carcinoma antigen （SCC）, integrin metal protease 8 （ADAM8） and cytokeratin （ CYFRA21 ） in the diagnosis of non-small ceil lung cancer. Methods A total of 120 patients with non-small cell lung cancer were selected as this study. All the patients were randomly divided into two groups, 60 cases in each group. Two groups of patients were selected by model550 and electrochemiluminescence assay to carry out enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. In the control group, serum CEA, SCC, ADAM8 and CYFRA21 were measured and calculated at the wavelength of 450 nm, 410 nm and 600 nm. The accuracy and sensitivity of non-small cell lung cancer （NSCLC） were determined by the study group on the control group, and calculated it. Results The levels of CEA, SCC, ADAM8 and CYFRA21 in the serum of the study group were significantly higher than that in the control group （P 〈0. 05）. The accuracy and sensitivity of CEA, SCC, ADAM8 and CYFRA21 in the serum of the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions The combination of CEA, SCC, ADAM8 and CYFRA21 in the serum joint detection of the non-small cell lung cancer, which can greatly improve the accuracy and sensitivity of the detection, and the effect is good. It is worthy of clinical application.
