摘要
目的对蓬子菜中化学成分进行分离并确定其化学结构。方法通过溶剂法、大孔吸附树脂柱色谱、硅胶柱色谱、制备液相(PLC)色谱进行化合物分离,根据理化性质和波谱学技术对所得化合物进行结构鉴定。结果鉴定10个化合物为:鸢尾苷(1)、saikoisoflavonoside A(2)、6-羟基-4-(4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯基)-3-羟甲基-7-甲氧基-3,4-二氢(3R,4S)-2-醛基萘(3)、5,7-二羟基-2-羟甲基色原酮(4)、山萘酚-3-O-新橙皮糖苷(5)、表儿茶酸(6)、芹菜素(7)、牡荆素鼠李糖苷(8)、5,4'-二羟基-3,6,7,8,3'-五甲氧基黄酮(9)、槲皮素-3-O-β-D葡萄糖苷(10)。结论共分离确定了10个化合物的化学结构,化合物1~6,8~10首次从拉拉藤属植物中分离得到,化合物7为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To separate the chemical constituents from Galium verun L. and determine their chemical structures. Methods To dispose the alcoholic extraction of Galium verun L. compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate layers by C. C (flash silicagel column) and prepare liquid chromatography( PLC ), their structures were elucidated by the physical and chemical properties and spectral technology. Results The structures of compounds 1 - 10 were identified as tectoridin ( 1 ), saikoisofla- vonoside A (2), 6 - hydroxy - 4 - (4 - hydroxy - 3 - methoxyphenyl) - 3 - hydroxymethyl - 7 - methoxy - 3,4 - dihydro - 2 - naphlhalde hyde (3), 5,7 -dihydroxy- 2 -hydroxymethyl chromone (4), Kaempferol- 3 -neohesperidoside (5), -epicate- chin ( 6 ), apigenin ( 7 ), rhamnosylvitexin ( 8 ), 5,4' - dihydroxy - 3,6,7,8,3' - pentamethoxy flavone ( 9 ), quercetin - 3 - O -glucopyranoside (10). Conclusion Compounds 1 ~ 6 and 8 N 10 are firstly isolated from Genus Caulophyllum plants, compoud 7 is isolated from this plant for the first time.
