用心电向量解析原发与继发性T波倒置 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨心电向量对原发性及继发性T波改变的诊断价值。方法根据心电图表现,将106例T波倒置病例按照QRS波有无异常改变分为原发组和继发组,分别统计每组的心电向量T环的各指标。结果在T/R电压比及T环转向异常方面,原发组较继发组有统计学意义;继发组在T环转速方面较原发组异常率高,有统计学意义。结论二维心电图—心电向量包含更多的心电信息区分原发性与继发性T波改变。 Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of vectorcardiogram(VCG) in primary and secondary T wave changes. Methods According to the changes of QRS wave in electrocardiogram(ECG), 106 cases of T wave inversion divided into primary group and secondary group.Then we count the indexes of each group's T ring. Results There is significant difference between the primary group and the secondary group in the T/R ratio-voltage and T ring steering anomaly.In the T ring speed, the abnormal rate of the secondary group is higher than the primary group and there is statistical significance. Conclusions In distinguish between primary and secondary T wave changes,two-dimensional vectorcardiogram contains more electrocardial informations.
