摘要
目的了解T波波幅在不同性别间的差异及正常人T波低平的发生率。方法记录575例研究对象(男性270例,女性305例,年龄20~87岁)的12导联同步心电图,按照性别和年龄分组(男、女各5组),测量每份心电图各导联T波波幅,统计不同导联组合T波低平的发生率。结果T波波幅在Ⅱ、Ⅲ、aVF、V1~V6导联男性>女性(p<0.01),在a VR导联T波波幅男性>女性(p<0.05);亚组分析显示在20~49岁男女组间T波波幅的差异最明显,集中表现在Ⅱ、Ⅲ、aVF、V1~V6导联(p<0.01);50岁以上男女组间T波波幅的差异变小,在Ⅱ、Ⅲ、aVF、V1、V4~V6导联差异逐渐减弱以致消失;男性随年龄增加V5导联T波波幅减小(p<0.05),Ⅱ导联T波波幅减小,但无统计学差异(p>0.05);女性随年龄增加Ⅱ、V5导联T波波幅增加,但无统计学差异(p>0.05);各导联组合T波低平的发生率女性为21.43%,男性为5.56%(p<0.05)。结论正常人心电图T波波幅存在性别和年龄差异,正常女性具有较高的T波低平发生率,建立我国自己的心电图诊断标准势在必行。
Objective To explore the difference of T wave amplitude in different sex and the incidence of low T wave in normal people.Methods A total of 575 subjects(270 males and 305 females,aged 20~87 years)were enrolled in the study,and divided into ten groups according to gender and age.The 12 lead synchronous ECG was recorded in all subjects.The T wave amplitude of each lead was measured and the incidence of low T wave in different lead combinations was counted.Results T-wave amplitude in leadsⅡ,Ⅲ,aVF,V1~V6 was higher in males than in females(p<0.01),and that in leads AVR was higher in males than in females(p<0.05);In subgroup,T-wave amplitude was the most significant difference between men and women aged 20~49,mainly in leadsⅡ,Ⅲ,aVF,V1~V6(p<0.01);Over 50 years old,T-wave amplitude difference between men and women diminished,The differences leadsgradually weakened and disappeared in leadsⅡ,Ⅲ,aVF,V1 and V4~V6;The T-wave amplitude of lead V5 decreased with age in men(p<0.05)and the T-wave amplitude of leadⅡdecreased but had no significant difference(p>0.05);The T-wave amplitude of leadⅡand V5 increased but had no significant difference with age in women(p>0.05);The incidence of low T-wave was 21.43%in women and 5.56%in men(p<0.05).Conclusions There are differences related to gender and age in T wave amplitude of normal people’s ECG.Meanwhile there are a high incidence of low T wave in Normal women’s ECG.So it is imperative to establish our own ECG diagnostic standard.
