甲状腺髓样癌细针穿刺被误诊为甲状腺乳头状癌1例报道 被引量：1

摘要 细针穿刺（fine needle aspiration,FNA）细胞学检查由于经济、微创、操作简便、报告快速等优点,在甲状腺结节的诊断中已被普遍使用,然而,由于样本或观察经验等因素影响,FNA诊断甲状腺肿瘤的良恶性仍存在一定的假阴性或假阳性,在甲状腺癌的类型判别方面也存在一些陷阱。本文报道一例甲状腺髓样癌（medullary thyroid carcinoma,MTC）FNA涂片被误诊为甲状腺乳头状癌（papillarythy roidcarcinoma，FFC）的病例，通过对照组织切片和免疫组化结果，复习FNA涂片，分析误诊原因，旨在加强认识，以提高FNA细胞学诊断的准确性。
