摘要
以杭州某标段盾构机在复合地层中处理盾构机土仓结泥饼为背景,研究盾构机土仓气密性检测、土仓土气置换、分散剂注入与半气压搅拌浸泡施工技术。结果表明,采用该技术妥善解决了盾构机在不具备开仓条件下处理盾构机泥饼的问题,避免了人员进仓处理泥饼的风险以及因盾构机开仓而造成地面及临近建筑物发生沉降的风险,省略了地面开挖、进场设备旋喷加固、等待强度、施工协调、盾构停工等一系列繁琐工序,确保了盾构机安全、快速施工,缩短工期近3个月。采用的分散剂等材料与传统技术地面加固产生弃浆污染场地相比,更具有节能环保、绿色低碳的优点。同时,该技术获得了业主及业内人士的高度评价,综合效益显著,也为类似地铁施工提供借鉴和参考。
Taking a shield machine in a certain section for treating with mud cake in composite strata in Hangzhou as a background, the construction technologies of soil tightness detection, soil gas replacement in the soil bin, dispersant injection and semi-pneumatic mixing and immersion for shield machine were studied. The results show that it has properly solved the problem that shield machine handles the mud cake without opening, and could avoid the risk of people entering the warehouse to deal with mud cake as well as the risk of ground and adjacent structures settling caused by the opening of the shield machine. Moreover, a series of cumbersome procedures such as surface excavation, rotary jet reinforcement of entry equipment, waiting intensity, construction coordination and shield shutdown are omitted, which ensures the safe and rapid construction of the shield machine, and shortens the duration of the construction period for nearly 3 months. Waste slurry and site pollution are caused when using traditional technology for ground reinforcement. Compared with the traditional technology, the dispersant and other materials have the advantages in the aspects of energy saving, environmental protection, as well as green and low carbon. At the same time, the technology has been highly praised by owners and industry insiders. The comprehensive benefits are significant, and it also provides reference for similar subway construction.
