克拉玛依重油六东区硫化氢井下治理 被引量:2

The downhole management of hydrogen sulfide in heavy oil Liu Dong side in Karamay

摘要 针对新疆油田重油六东区稠油油藏由于硫化氢含量高引起的生产及安全问题,合成出一种新型三嗪类脱硫剂。考察了影响脱硫效率的因素及脱硫剂与现场使用化学药剂的配伍性,优选出适合六东区稠油硫化氢井下治理的脱硫剂注入工艺;选用蒸汽吞吐井和蒸汽驱井进行现场试验,对硫化氢含量进行了实时监测。实验结果表明,合成脱硫剂在反应时间15 min、油水体积比1∶2、p H=10、反应温度150℃的条件下,脱硫效率可达96.7%,且与现场使用的化学药剂配伍性良好。在现场应用试验中,硫化氢含量大幅降低,且在蒸汽吞吐井中效果更佳,采用先注脱硫剂再注蒸汽的工艺,能将硫化氢含量降到20×10^(-6) mg/L以下,并稳定运行三个月,最终达到将硫化氢对地面生产及工作环境造成的危害在地下解决的目的。 For the production and safety problems caused by high hydrogen sulfide content in Liu Dong heavy oil reservoirs of Xinjiang oilfield,a new triazine desulfurizer was synthesized. The factors affecting the desulfurization efficiency and the compatibility of the desulfurizer with chemical agents used on site were investigated. The desulfurizer injection process suitable for downhole management of hydrogen sulfide in heavy oil in Liu Dong was optimized. The field experiments were conducted on steam stimulation and steam flooding wells. The hydrogen sulfide content was monitored in real time. The results showed that the desulfurization efficiency could reach 96.7% under conditions of 150 ℃,15 min,volume ratio of oil to water 1∶2,and p H 10. The desulfurizer has good compatibility with chemical agents used on site,and can reduce the hydrogen sulfide content significantly in field applications,and it works better in steam stimulation wells. In the process of the injection of desulfurizer first and then steam in steam stimulation wells,the hydrogen sulfide content can be reduced to 20×10^-6 mg/L or less and the system can run for three months stably. Finally,the purpose of solving the damage of hydrogen sulfide to ground production and the working environment can be achieved underground.
