摘要
塔河油田三号联合站原油中硫化氢含量过高,不满足火车外运要求。文章在阐述已建原油处理流程特点的基础上,提出了优化的原油脱硫处理工艺,并通过试验和采用PROⅡ流程模拟软件对气提气量的优化过程和原理进行了分析。新工艺投产后,处理后原油硫化氢含量≤10 mg/kg,满足外运要求。
The hydrogen sulphide content of the crude oil at No.3 Central Gathering Station in Tahe Oilfield is so high that the crude oil can not be transported by train. Based on the existing crud oil process in the station, the desulfurization process optimization of the crude oil is presented, and the principle and procedure of gas stripping volume optimization are analyzed. After the new process system is put into practice, the hydrogen sulphide content of the crude oil is not over 10 mg/kg, and meets the transportation demand by train.
