摘要
目的基于文献计量学总结近6年来针灸实验研究中大鼠腧穴的使用情况及其定位依据,为大鼠腧穴名称及定位标准化工作提供参考。方法检索2012-01-01—2017-04-17中国知网(CNKI)和Pub Med收录的以大鼠为研究对象的针灸实验研究文献,建立数据库,对腧穴使用频次进行统计分析,并提取腧穴的定位依据、定位方法描述等相关信息。结果本研究共纳入文献2 781篇(中文文献2 391篇,英文文献390篇);中、英文文献中使用频率最高的腧穴皆为足三里,分别为14.47%(777次)、21.42%(157次);足三里定位依据及定位方法描述不尽相同,以《实验针灸学》及《大鼠穴位图谱的研制》作为定位依据的比例高达84.63%,中、英文文献中定位方法描述皆以"腓骨小头下5 mm"使用最多。结论针灸基础实验中大鼠腧穴定位缺乏统一标准,亟需制定统一的定位标准。
Objective Based on bibliometrics,the use of acupoints in rats in the basic experiment of acupuncture in the past 6 years and its location basis are summarized,which provides a reference for the standardization of the acupoints and location of rats. Methods Retrieving the acupuncture experimental research literatures collected by rats from China Knowledge Network（ CNKI） and Pub Med from 2012-01-01 to 2017-04-17,establishing a database,conducting statistical analysis on the frequency of use of acupoints,and extracting relevant information such as the basis of acupoint location and method of acupoint location. Results In this study,a total of 2,781 papers（ 2,391 Chinese papers and 390 English papers） were included in the literature. The most frequently used acupoints in Chinese and English literatures were Zusanli,14. 47%（ 777 times） and 21. 42%（ 157 times）,respectively.The location and method of acupoint location basis of Zusanli is not the same,of which 84. 63% is based on ＂ Experimental Acupuncture and Moxibustion＂ and ＂ Development of Acupoint Atlas of Rats＂. The locating methods described in Chinese and English literatures are mostly described as ＂ 5 mm below the fibular capitulum＂. Conclusion There is no uniform standard for acupoint localization in experimental rats. It is urgent to establish acupuncture points positioning standards for experimental animals.
