摘要
针刺基础实验中应用最多的实验动物是大鼠。大鼠腧穴定位方法有参照人类或中兽医学腧穴定位、根据腧穴的特异性治疗效应或物理和化学特性定位。常用的大鼠固定方法有麻醉固定、高台固定和鼠套固定等。但是目前大鼠腧穴定位和针刺时大鼠固定方法都存在些尚未解决的问题,如某些大鼠腧穴定位还存在不统一、位置描述简单粗略等问题;固定方法的固定效果不稳定、易激惹大鼠和暴露面积少不利于针刺等;这会影响大鼠针刺实验研究结果的准确性和可信度。本研究对这些现状和问题进行了分析与总结,以期能提高针刺基础研究的水平。
Rats are widely used in animal experiments of acupuncture.Common methods for locating acupoints in rats are imitating the acupoints location of human or referring to traditional Chinese veterinary medicine,or basing on specific therapeutic effects,physical and chemical characteristics of acupoints.The commonly used fixation methods of rats include anesthesia fixation,high platform fixation and rat set fixation.There are unsolved problems in terms of the acupoints locations in rats and the fixation method of rats during acupuncture,which will affect the accuracy and credibility of the study.For example,the acupoints locations are inconsistent in rats,the location description is simple and unclear.Fixation methods have shortcomings,such as infirm fixation,rats easily being irritated and less exposed area for acupuncture.This study analyzed and summarized these issues in order to improve the level of basic acupuncture research.
