摘要
目的:探讨多糖铁复合物治疗缺铁性贫血(IDA)的有效性以及对血清铁蛋白(SF)水平的影响。方法:收治IDA患者90例,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用硫酸亚铁颗粒治疗,观察组采用多糖铁复合物胶囊治疗,比较两组治疗效果和SF、血清转铁蛋白受体(sTf R)、红细胞计数(RBC)、血红蛋白(Hb)等水平变化。结果:观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组SF、RBC、Hb指标升高幅度优于对照组,sTf R指标下降幅度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:多糖铁复合物治疗IDA效果更为显著,能够促进血清铁蛋白的合成,抑制血清转铁蛋白受体的释放。
Objective：To investigate the effectiveness of polysaccharide iron complex in the treatment of iron deficiency anemia（IDA） and its effect on serum ferritin（SF） level.Methods：90 patients with iron deficiency anemia were selected,they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with ferrous sulfate particles and the observation group was treated with iron polysaccharide complex capsules,we compared the treatment effect of the two groups and the changes of SF,serum transferrin receptor（sTfR）,red blood cell count（RBC） and hemoglobin（Hb）.Results：The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.After treatment,the increase of SF,RBC and Hb in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the decrease of sTfR was higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Polysaccharide iron complex was effective in the treatment of IDA,it can promote the synthesis of serum ferritin and inhibit the release of serum transferrin receptor.
