摘要
选用8种不同的多糖分别与 FeOOH 反应,制成相应的糖铁表面合物.产物提纯后,分析其化学组成,并依次进行了室温下的穆斯堡尔谱测定。结果表明,各多糖铁的 IS 均在0.35±0.02mm/s 范围内,QS 均在0.70±0.02mm/s范围内,稍大于铁蛋白的0.62mm/s;各多糖铁与铁蛋白及柠檬酸铁一样,所含的铁均为高自旋,处于弱相互作用八面体座的三价铁。从穆斯堡尔谱分析来看各多糖铁的铁核与铁蛋白的相似,但更接近柠檬酸铁;多糖自身的分子量、键型、单糖残基组成、以及络合物中柠檬酸的有无等对其铁核无明显影响。
The interracial complexes of eight different polysaccharides were prepared by complexing with FeOOH cores.The chmical components of the purified complexes were analysed,and their Mossbauer spectra were determined at room temperature.It is found that the Mossbauer spectra of the various iron-polysaccharides are very similar,with the data of isomer shift(IS)all are within 0.35±0.02 mm/s and of the quadrupole splitting(QS) all are within 0.70±0.02mm/s,which demonstrate that iron in the complexes is high-spinoFe(Ⅲ) in octahedral arrangement as in ferric citrate polymer and ferritin.The M(?)ssbauer spectroscopy comparisons indicate a great similarity between iron-poIysaccharide and ferritin,but iron-polysaccharide is more similar to ferric citrate polymer than to ferritin.The analysis results show that the molecular weight,bond type and monosaccharide residue composition of the poly- saccharide,as well as presence or absence of citric acid in the compolex do not significantly affect the iron core.
