简易缺铁性贫血教学模型的建立

摘要 目的 建立简易的缺铁性贫血常规检查教学模型,为培养医学检验专业学生的临床诊断思维能力创造条件.方法 将雌性Wistar大鼠随机分为两组,正常组饲以基础饲料和自来水,缺铁性贫血模型组饲以低铁饲料和去离子水,并辅以少量放血.大鼠喂养6 w后采外周全血,进行血红蛋白测定、红细胞计数、血细胞比容测定、红细胞平均指数计算、红细胞体积分布宽度测定及红细胞形态学检查等.结果 模型组大鼠在喂养6 w后,血常规各检测指标较正常大鼠发生明显改变,差异均有统计学显著性意义(P<0.01和P<0.05),检查结果符合缺铁性贫血的形态学特征.结论 给Wistar大鼠喂以低铁饮食辅以少量放血,喂养6 w后,可以成功建立简易的缺铁性贫血常规检查教学模型. Objective To establish sirnple routine examination teaching models of iron deficiency anemia(IDA) to lay the groundwork for training the clinical diagnosis thinking ability of undergraduates of medical laboratory sciences. Methods Female wistar rats were randomly divided into two groups(control and IDA model group). The control group was fed with normal feedstuff and water,and the model group was fed with low-iron feedstuff and deionized water with a little bleeding. After 6 weeks,the peripheral blood of rats was examined for hemoglobin,red blood cell (RBC),hematocrit,RBC average values,Rt3C volume distribution width,RBC morphology,and so on. Results After the rats of model group were fed for 6 weeks ,there were significant changes in all indices of blood routine examination compared with that of control group(P〈0.01 and P〈0. 05),which was in line with the morphological characteristics of iron deficiency anemia. Conclusion The simple routine examination teaching model of iron deficiency anemia could be successfully established by feeding wistar rats low-iron feedstuff with a little bleeding for 6 weeks.
