摘要
目的探讨精神科护士执业环境现状及其影响因素。方法使用一般资料问卷和护士执业环境测评量表对山东省某三级精神病院的192名护士进行问卷调查。结果精神科护士执业环境总体评分(64.73±19.71)分,得分最高的维度为优质护理服务的基础,得分最低的维度为护士参与医院事务。不同性别、年龄、学历、科室、职务的精神科护士执业环境总体评分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);职务、性别、科室为精神科护士执业环境的影响因素。结论精神科护士的执业环境总体处于中等水平,医院管理者应重视精神科护士执业环境的改善,调动护士的工作积极性,发挥主观能动性,提高精神科护士的工作满意度,有效提升护理质量。
Objective To investigate the current situation and influencing factors of working environment in psychiatric nurses. Methods A total of 192 nurses in a psychiatric hospital in Shandong Province were selected and assessed with general information questionnaire and Nursing Work Index-Revised. Results The mean score of Nursing Work Index-Revised was（ 64. 73 ± 19. 71）. The foundation of high quality nursing service received the highest mean score,and participation of hospital affairs got the lowest mean score. There existed significant differences in working environment scores in psychiatric nurses with different genders,ages,education levels,departments and posts（ P 〈 0. 05）. Post,gender and department are predictive factors for working environment in psychiatric nurses. Conclusion The working environment of psychiatric nurses is in the middle level.The hospital administrators should pay more attention to the improvement of working environment in psychiatric nurses,mobilizing their enthusiasm and giving their subjective initiative into full play,and improving the job satisfaction in psychiatric nurses to effectively improve the nursing quality.
