利拉鲁肽联合胰岛素对2型糖尿病患者胰岛素抵抗和微炎症状态的影响被引量：4

摘要目的探讨利拉鲁肽联合胰岛素对2型糖尿病患者胰岛素抵抗和微炎症状态的影响。方法选择该院自2016年5月—2018年2月收治的110例2型糖尿病患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各55例。对照组单一采用胰岛素治疗,观察组则采用利拉鲁肽联合胰岛素治疗。观察比较两组患者胰岛素抵抗改善情况及微炎症水平变化。结果经治疗后,观察组胰岛素改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组微炎症状态恢复程度显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者安全性明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对2型糖尿病患者实施利拉鲁肽联合胰岛素治疗,能够显著改善患者胰岛素抵抗情况,优化微炎症状态,值得临床推广。
