摘要
本文模拟人体消化环境,以降血脂药物的主要成分考来烯胺为对照,以胆酸钠(SC)、牛磺胆酸钠(STC)、甘氨胆酸钠(SGC)三种胆酸盐为结合对象,比较了新老苦丁茶水浸提液对胆酸盐的结合能力。结果表明,海南苦丁茶具有一定的降血脂能力,且新茶的降血脂功效要优于老茶。相较于考来稀胺,新茶结合胆酸钠、牛磺胆酸钠、甘氨胆酸钠的能力分别是其12.6%、12.7%、10.2%。
The lipid-lowering potentials of Hainan I.latifolia extracts was determined by evaluating their in vitro bile salts binding capacity. The result showed that Hainan I.latifolia extracts had binding capacities on sodium cholate (SC), sodium taurocholate (STC) and sodium glycocholate (SGC) to some extent, and the new leaves had better bile salts binding capacity than old leaves. Compared with colestyramine which is the main component of lipid-lowering drugs, the new leaves binding capability with combining sodium cholate12.6%, sodium taurocholate 12.7% , sodium glycocholate10.2%.
