摘要 冷藏集装箱作为药品、保鲜食品等冷冻冷藏货物的重要运输工具,在运输过程中内部环境易发生变化而造成货物腐坏,给企业财产带来严重损失。针对如何准确有效对在途冷藏集装箱内部温湿度进行实时监测的问题,利用多传感器数据融合理论对传输数据进行多级处理,并基于北斗卫星通讯技术构建远程监测系统,然后综合考虑了箱、船、岸等各个节点数据收集与传递的客观需求,构建了基于ZigBee技术的海运冷藏集装箱实时监测系统。该系统使得温湿度数据更具有科学性和可靠性,也提高了远程监测的及时性,对保障远洋运输的安全可靠有重要意义。 As an important means of transportation for frozen goods such as medicine, fresh food, refrigerated containers' in-ternal environment is liable to change leaded to spoilage of goods in the shipping process, which brings serious damage to corpo- rate property. Aiming at how to monitor the internal temperature and humidity of the refrigerated containers accurately and effec-tively, this paper did multilevel processing of transmission data based on multi-sensor data fusion theory, built a remote monito-ring system based on the Beidou satellite communication technology, considered the objective needs of data collecting and trans-mitting among containers, ships and shore, and designed a real-time monitoring system for marine refrigerated containers with ZigBee technology. The system makes the temperature and humidity data more scientific and reliable, and also improves the time-liness of remote monitoring, which is of great significance for ensuring the safety and reliability of ocean transportation.
