摘要
介绍了70 MN气门专用模锻压机的结构特点。采用DEFORM-3D模拟软件对长球形、正球形两种形状的气门预成形坯料的模锻成形过程进行模拟,确定利于终锻成形的预成形坯料形状,以及合理的锻造速度范围。
Structural characteristics of 70 MN special die forging hydraulic press for air valve have been described.Die forging process of long-spherical blank and spherical blank for air valve preforming have been simulated by DE-FORM-3D simulation software, finally preforming blank shape for finish forging and reasonable forging speed rangehave been determined.
