摘要
分析了6Cr21Mn11Mo1V1Nb1N汽车发动机排气门盘端面细微裂纹的成因,分析结果表明:细微裂纹系车削过程中产生的切削裂纹;碳化物沿晶界呈连续网状分布显著弱化了晶界,是盘端面在车削过程中产生切削裂纹的主要原因;排气门钢中碳化物沿晶界呈连续网状析出是高温时效及回火时间过长所致。
Authors analyized reasons for formation of surface defects on the end face of exhaust valve made of 6Cr21Mn11Mo1V1Nb1N steel.The results show that the defects were formed during the cutting process;the net-like carbides precipitated along the grain boundaries,which were caused by an inappropriate ageing or tempering process,can weaken the grain boundaries and thus lead to the defects during the cutting process.
