摘要
目的探讨"90后"护士职业认同与组织信任及工作适应障碍的关系。方法采用方便抽样的方法,应用一般情况调查表、职业认同量表、组织信任量表、工作适应障碍量表对天津市2所三级甲等医院404名"90后"护士进行问卷调查。结果 "90后"护士职业认同总分为(104. 66±19. 59)分,职业认同分别与上级信任、同事和下级信任、组织特征信任及组织信任呈显著正相关(r=0. 417,P <0. 01; r=0. 397,P <0. 05; r=0. 316,P <0. 01; r=0. 467,P <0. 01),与工作适应障碍呈显著负相关(r=-0. 463,P <0. 01)。结论 "90后"护士的职业认同感处于中等水平,而良好的组织信任及工作适应能力能够提高"90后"护士的职业认同感,使其更好地胜任护理工作。
Objective:To probe into the correlation among professional identity,organizational tmst and work adjustment disorder in the "post-90s" nurses. Method:The questionnaire survey by convenient sampling was given to 404 "post-90s" nurses from two hospitals of Class A,Grade Three in Tianjin with general information questionnaire,occupational identity scale,organizational tmst scale and work adjustment disorder scale. Result:The total professional identity score of "post-90s" nurses is 104. 66 ±19. 59. Occupational identity is positively correlates with trust of superiors,colleagues and subordinates,trust of organizational characteristics and trust of organizations ( r = 0.417,P 〈0. 01 ;r = 0. 397,P 〈0.05 ;r = 0. 316,P 〈
0.01;r=0.467,P〈0.01 ). While there was a significant negative correlation between occupational identity and job adjustment disorder (r = -0. 463,P 〈0. 01). Conclusion : The professional identity of "post-90s" nurses is at a moderate level and good organizational trust and job adaptability can improve professional identity,which can make the nurses better qualified for nursing work.
