Effect of new national standards on management of the central sterile supply department(CSSD) of First Class and Second Class Grade A hospitals in Dongguan

摘要目的探讨本市三级甲等医院、二级甲等医院消毒供应中心(central sterile supply department,CSSD)执行CSSD管理规范WS310-2016新三项卫生行业标准的状况。方法依据CSSD管理规范WS310-2016新三项卫生行业标准,组织专家组成员制订《东莞市医院CSSD建设与质量考核细则》,采取实地考察、查看资料、现场访谈及抽考工作人员工作流程形式对8所三级甲等医院、41所二级甲等医院CSSD执行CSSD管理规范WS310-2016新三项卫生行业标准的状况进行现状调查。了解本市8所三级甲等医院、41所二级甲等医院总体管理情况及CSSD整体建筑建设、集中管理、设备管理、质量管理等方面状况。结果 49所三级甲等医院、二级甲等医院中37所医院(75.51%)达标,12所医院(24.49%)不达标,不合格医院均为二级甲等医院,其中民营医院6所,公立医院6所。CSSD整体建筑建设、集中管理、设备管理、质量管理达标率在6.12%~100.00%之间。结论本市在执行CSSD管理规范WS310-2016新三项卫生行业标准下,医院CSSD的总体管理得到提升,但工作区域流程的设计、腔镜器械集中管理、水处理系统设备投入、信息追溯系统建设、重点环节质量管理、湿包监控等方面的管理状况还需努力。 Objective To explore the effect of new national standards by Management Practice WS310-2016 on management of the central sterile supply department（CSSD） of First Class and Second Class Grade A hospitals in Dongguan. Methods An expert panel was formed to formulate ＇ Dongguan Municipal Hospital CSSD Construction and Quality Assessment Codes according to the WS310-2016. The methods of on-the-spot investigation, access to data, on-the-spot interviews, and examination on work flows were used to investigate the overall infrastructure, centralized management, equipment management and quality management in accordance with the Management Practice WS310-201641 for CSSDs in 8 First Class Grade A hospitals and 41 second class Grade A hospitals.Results Among totally the 49 hospitals, 37 ones met the standards, accounting for 75.51% and 12 did not, accounting for 24.49%.Those which failed all belonged to the second class grade A hospital, including 6 private and 6 state-owned. The total standard achieving rate in view of overall infrastructure, centralized management, equipment management and quality management around 6.12% to 100%.Conclusions The implementation of the Management Practice WS310-2016 on management of CSSDs is effective in the improvement of CSSD management. However, more efforts are still needed in the management of laparoscopic instruments, investment of water treatment system equipment, construction of information traceability systems, key-link quality management, wet package monitoring and staff training.
