摘要
目的探讨3C管理在消毒供应中心(CSSD)管理中的应用效果。方法选取2019年3月—2020年3月河南省某医院采取常规管理期间CSSD接收的86件医疗器械作为对照组,另选取2020年4月—2021年4月在同一家医院采取3C管理期间CSSD接收的86件医疗器械作为观察组。比较2组器械清洗合格率、包装合格率、灭菌合格率、器械清洗时间、管理运营成本(人力资源成本和运行维护成本)。比较各临床科室人员对2种管理方式的满意度。结果观察组器械清洗合格率、包装合格率、灭菌合格率分别为96.51%、97.67%及96.51%,均高于对照组的88.37%、89.53%及87.21%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组器械消毒清洗时间短于对照组,人力资源成本、运行维护成本均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。科室人员对观察组器械满意度调查中供应及时性、服务态度、回收及时性和手术器械质量的评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论3C管理在CSSD管理中应用效果确切,能够提高器械清洗效率及质量,降低人力资源和运行维护成本,从而获得更高的科室人员满意度,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of 3C management in the management of central sterile supply departments(CSSD).Methods Eighty-six medical instruments received by CSSD during the adoption of routine management in a hospital in Henan Province from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the control group,and another 86 medical instruments received by CSSD during the adoption of 3C management in the same hospital from April 2020 to April 2021 were selected as the observation group.The cleaning pass rate,packaging pass rate,sterilization pass rate,instrument cleaning time,management operation cost(human resource cost and operation and maintenance cost)of the 2 groups were compared.The satisfaction of the staff in each clinical department with the 2 management methods was compared.Results The cleaning,packaging and sterilization rates of the observation group were 96.51%,97.67%and 96.51%,respectively,which were higher than those of the control group(88.37%,89.53%and 87.21%),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The disinfection and cleaning time of instruments in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the human resources cost and operation and maintenance cost were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group had better supply timeliness,service attitude,recovery timeliness and surgical instrument quality scores than the control group in the department staff satisfaction survey,and all differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of 3C management in CSSD management has concrete effect,which can improve the efficiency and quality of instrument cleaning,reduce human resources and operation and maintenance costs,and thus obtain higher satisfaction of departmental personnel,and therefore,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
