摘要
为适应坝高不断突破造成的坝体各部位受力和变形能力区别变大的趋势,分别研究了两种优选出的配合比各项物理力学性能,在材料相同的条件下,对配制的沥青混凝土试件进行了马歇尔、劈裂抗拉、渗透、压缩、拉伸、静力三轴试验。结果表明:5号配合比抗压强度、抗拉强度、抗剪强度和水稳定系数较8号配合比分别高9.6%、8.9%、10%、0.01%,适用于坝基等应力较大,变形较小的部位,8号配合比压应变、拉应变、弯应变较5号配合比分别高7.2%、21%、10%,变形能力更强,力学性能略低,适用于坝体变形较大区域,表明在坝体不同区域选择不同的配合比是可行的。
To adapt to the trend that the difference between the stress and deformation capacity of the various parts of the dam body caused by the continuous breakthrough of the dam height, the physical and mechanical properties of the two optimized mixture ratios were studied respectively. Under the same material conditions, Marshall, splitting tensile, osmosis, compression, tension, static tri-axias test were carried out on the prepared bituminous concrete specimens. The results show that the mixture ratio of No. 5 is higher than the compressive strength, tensile strength, shear strength and water stability coefficient of 9.6 %, 8.9 %, 10% and 0.01%, respectively. It is suitable for the larger stress of the dam foundation and the smaller deformation area, and 8 is more than 7.2 %, 21 % and 10 %, respectively, with the compression strain, tensile strain and flexural strain of 5, respectively, 7.2%, 21% and 10%. It is suitable for the large deformation area of the dam, indicating that it is feasible to select different proportioning in different areas of the dam.
