富胶凝砂砾石材料劈裂抗拉强度的影响研究 被引量:2

摘要 通过极差分析和PPR单因素方差分析,探究粉煤灰掺量、水胶比和细料含量对不同形状尺寸富胶凝砂砾石试件劈裂抗拉强度的影响规律。试验结果表明:对富胶凝砂砾石材料劈裂抗拉强度的影响权重大小依次是粉煤灰掺量,水胶比,细料含量。三种加载方式下28 d劈裂抗拉强度皆随粉煤灰掺量的增加而降低,最佳水胶比和最优细料含量分别为0.45和35 %。此外,圆柱体侧向平均劈裂抗拉强度约为标准立方体的91.10 %,圆柱体轴向平均劈裂抗拉强度约为标准立方体的80.37 %。 The influence of fly ash content,water-binder ratio and fine material contents on the splitting tensile strength of the specimens with different shapes and sizes were investigated through the Extreme Difference analysis and the Single-Factor Variance analysis of PPR.The test results showed that the influence of the splitting tensile strength of the Gel-rich gravel material was successively the weight of fly ash,water binder ratio and fine material content.The tensile strength of 28 d splitting is decreased with the increase of fly ash content in three kinds of loading mode,and the optimum water-binder ratio and the optimum fine-material contents are 0.45 and 35 %,respectively.In addition,the lateral average splitting tensile strength of the cylinder is 91.1 % of the standard cube,and the axial average splitting tensile strength of the cylinder is 80.37 % of the standard cube.
