摘要
以矿渣粉为原料,研究了不同碱激发剂:单掺Ca(OH)_2、NaOH、Na_2CO_3、复掺NaOH+Na_2SiO_3、NaOH+CaSO_4·2H_2O、NaOH+Ca(OH)_2,对矿渣粉砂浆强度的影响。结果表明,单掺NaOH与复掺NaOH+CaSO_4·2H_2O作为碱激发剂时矿渣粉砂浆养护龄期28d的抗压强度较高;单掺Ca(OH)_2、复掺NaOH+Na_2SiO_3和NaOH+Ca(OH)_2作为碱激发剂时矿渣粉砂浆养护龄期28d的抗压强度居中;单掺Na_2CO_3作为碱激发剂时矿渣粉砂浆几乎没有强度。通过均匀正交试验研究了不同掺量下的粉煤灰、碱激发剂和烧粘土对矿渣粉砂浆强度的影响,制备出碱矿渣土体固化剂,在水灰比为0.45,矿渣粉砂浆养护龄期28d时,测出抗压强度达到37.1 MPa。
With slag powder as raw material,the effects of such kinds of alkali activators as Ca(OH)2, NaOH,Na2CO3 ,NaOH+Na2SiO3 , NaOH+CaSO4 and NaOH+Ca(OH)2 on the cement mortar strength were studied.The results showed that the slag powder mortars with different alkali-activators had different 28 d compressive strength:NaOH or NaOH + CaSO4 · 2H2O had the highest effects;Ca(OH)2.NaOH+ Na2SiO3.NaOH+Ca(OH)2 had the medium one,and Na2CO3 nearly had none. Furthermore, the influences of different dosages of fly ash, alkali activator and burnt clay on slag powder mortar strength were researched through the orthogonal experiment. The curing agent of alkali activated slag was prepared under the condition of the water cement ratio of 0.45, and the compressive strength of slag mortar 28 d reached about 37.1 MPa.
