摘要
针对四川冶勒水电站的气候条件,对其碾压沥青混凝土心墙堆石坝进行了适应高寒多雨地区碾压沥青混凝土施工方法的试验研究。先后多次进行沥青混合料摊铺层厚30cm的碾压试验研究、环境气温在-5℃以上和日连续铺筑2~3层施工方法的试验研究,并取得了成功。经过冶勒水电站大坝碾压沥青混凝土防渗心墙铺筑施工的实践,验证了应用这些施工方法进行沥青混凝土心墙铺筑施工的质量可靠性,增加了高寒多雨地区沥青混凝土的施工天数。
Yele Hydroelectric Project dam asphalt concrete wall is located on the highland in the west of the Sichuan plateau. Because of the more rain and more cold air, the construction of asphalt concrete was limited. For solution the problem, we studied the roller compacted asphalt construction method in the country with the more rain and more cold air. In the end, we did experiment successfully about the asphalt concrete mix heing laid in layers of 30cm thick under the ambient temperature above 0℃or -5℃ and 2 or 3 layers being placed everyday. The practice for construction the YELE Hydroelectric Power Station dam roller compacted asphalt concrete core wall demonstrate satisfactory quality and reliability of the construction method. The paper recounts the construction method of roller compacted asphalt concrete in the country of more rain and more cold air.
